Royal Diamond Nail operates as a nail salon serving customers primarily in the Bronx area. Reviews indicate that the salon offers a variety of services, including manicures, pedicures, and gel treatments. Customers report mixed experiences with service quality; some appreciate attentive technicians and good results, particularly for basic pedicures and certain staff members. Conversely, reviews highlight issues related to hygiene practices and consistency in service delivery, with concerns about cleanliness and sterilization noted repeatedly. The salon's pricing is described as standard within the borough, with some patrons feeling it offers good value given the range of colors and supplies available. Overall, Royal Diamond Nail appears suitable for clients seeking routine nail care but may not meet expectations for higher hygiene standards or consistent professionalism. Price: Several reviews describe prices as standard or reasonable compared to other salons in the borough; however, perceived value varies depending on service quality received. Variety of services: Customers report that a range of services is offered - including gel manicures/pedicures and dip powders - but there are instances where staff struggled with specific designs or requested modifications. Privacy and comfort: Review mentions suggest limited focus on privacy; customer comfort appears variable based on technician skill level - some found techs aggressive or rushed during treatments. Service quality: Feedback indicates inconsistent service quality - with some technicians providing good results while others delivered poor workmanship - and reports of rushed procedures affecting overall satisfaction
